One of VFIT'S signature classes. Mat & Small Equipment class will build strength and tone your body and raise that heart rate. These small group classes incorporate additional equipment and challenging sequences to add fire to your workout, achieving the ultimate burn.

Pilates. Burn. Brew.A fresh take on Pilates & Lattes at the stunning venue The Dairy, Ravensbourne. This mat-based Pilates burn will challenge your body, fire up your core, and leave you feeling strong, followed by a complimentary coffee from Then Bakehouse Café, included in your class.
